Sourcing & Logistics: Set up sourcing and logistics
programs, enabling a designer turned manufacturer to successfully
manufacture in China and import signature handbags for sale
on home television shopping networks and national retail
stores.

Feasibility and market research study: Central American
importer of coffee, dried fruit, and various other gourmet
food products into the U.S. In addition to coaching the
client on import processes, procedures, responsibilities
and liabilities we provided a market research study on specific
products and followed up with a marketing plan for implementation

Logistics & distribution: Offshore plastic block manufacturing
firm enjoyed a a 15% increase in profit in inventory carrying
costs. Products were made in China and shipped to the U.S.
for distribution.

Logistics: $10M / year wine distributor increased capacity,
programmed for faster deliveries and automated distribution.
This project required parlaying new marketing strategies,
as well as subsequent sales training into a client database
ultimately used to increase distribution and logistics efficiency

Research & Logistics Analysis: Guatemalan entrepreneur
wanted to open a freight forwarding office in Miami; a $2
million dollar investment. This project required market
research, structuring, and business planning with an end
goal of deciding whether to open the business or not. The
business opened in November of 2002 and was sold a year
later to a Guatemalan freight forwarder.

Logistics, Manufacturing & Vendor Compliance: A three
step plan for a niche market toner manufacturing and distribution
firm to expand 100% in 2 years. This project included manufacturing
assessment, logistics implementation, vendor compliance
and business strategy.
